Happy August 1st loves! I cannot believe it’s already August but I’m pretty excited about it because it’s my birthday month! Yipppppe!

It’s been a little while since my last blog post and that is only because Bryson and I decided to move within a weeks notice about 10 days ago. We literally found a new house on a Tuesday and had the keys to it on that Thursday. What a whirlwind the end of July was for us but we finally got the internet installed at our new place yesterday and we are starting to feel fully settled. I’ve shared a few sneak peaks of what our new place looks like on my Instagram stories (@jenniferxlauren) but I plan to do room reveals as we get them finished. This house is literally a marble lovers dream with all white walls and I can’t wait to share it!

On another note – the Nordstrom Anniversary sale is still in full swing and I wanted to dedicate a post to what I have been shopping the most of this year and that is athletic styles. Being completely honest with you guys; I wear athletic styles Monday – Friday during the day while I’m working at home or running errands. To me they are so much easier to put together and they’re just more comfortable. I have recently fallen in LOVE with the brand Zella which is an athletic brand sold exclusively at Nordstrom and they have such cute styles in the sale this year.
